I decided to try competing again and as we had BSJA (or BS as it is now) at home, I thought, why not do the Clear Round before it starts. Nice quiet warm up, straight into the class, no need to dress up.
The first class was 85cm so I figured the CR would be 80cm.
As it turns out the CR was the first 8 fences in the 85cm class - you're just not allowed to jump the 'jump off' phase - probably a good thing as some of the JO fences looked rather beefy.
The warm up was a little tense, but we've got to keep on doing them. The round wasn't as smooth as when we're training but it certainly wasn't as bad as it's been in the past.
So, just gotta do more now....
