MARKETING STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION

How a marketing strategy outlining targeted and relevant marketing campaigns delivered on key business goals and ROI!

Our work with Zoisa and 4U Pilates - under our SME Marketeers brand - began with a simple website update and grew into a great partnership providing marketing strategy, mentoring and implementation service to develop both the 4U Pilates and Zoisa Holder brands.


Zoisa is an exceptional entrepreneur. Her thirst to constantly further her knowledge in health and wellbeing has taken her on a journey to learn many and varied skills, including a post grad in integrated medicine. Zoisa’s desire was to get information ‘out there’ to everyone, so that through greater knowledge, people could make better health and wellbeing choices and take back control of their health. 

 

We worked with Zoisa over the years to support her business, adapting and developing the marketing messaging as she transitioned from ‘Pilates instructor and massage therapist’ to an ‘accomplished health consultant’ with multiple strings to her bow - including a role on the Board of Kinesiology Association.


Zoisa openly discusses the pros and cons of operating a business with ADHD. Always inspired with new courses, workshops, content and ideas, Zoisa’s struggle was in putting frameworks and pathways in place for herself. Having helped her to define and refine the marketing strategy, we found that - as someone who’s ADHD preferred visuals and colours - a marketing strategy document wasn’t easy for Zoisa to work from. As such we created a visual pathway of the 5-year marketing plan as an A3 poster that could be hung on the wall and keep working towards.


Having created the strategy to develop both the 4U and Zoisa Holder brands, we further supported Zoisa through its implementation using co-ordinated targeted campaigns to promote the services, courses and workshops digitally - through social, email marketing and the website - and offline - through Direct Marketing, flyers, posters and local advertising. 


The final aspect of our work was to help Zoisa to put her extensive knowledge into simple courses and workshops so that information was provided to people in digestible 'modules' and then providing supporting documentation to take away from courses, such as workbooks, key ring reminders and even branded recipe cards!
