Our partnership with this client began with a comprehensive Digital Marketing Audit, evaluating every aspect of their existing marketing activity to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in order to help them optimise their marketing spend to support business growth during a critical VC funding phase.


As the company grew, a new marketing team were appointed, and our relationship with this client expanded to encompass the full breadth of our services - from marketing strategy and mentoring of the new team, to hands-on campaign implementation and continuous performance optimisation, of course, through ongoing measuring & monitoring


in particular, we completed the following projects:


  • Personas & messaging – Building marketing personas allowed this client to target not only key purchasers but also key influencers in the buying cycle and tailor the messaging to resonate with each audience type.


  • Market sizing – This research project identified the scope of the target audiences', locations, titles, size of audience, and the channels to utilise for best results to reach this audience via Digital Marketing.


  • Competitor Analysis - A review of the key competitors' was conducted to determine their marketing strategies, ad spend, chosen channels, and key messaging. The output was designed to confirm / inform the client's own strategic choices.


  • Google PPC Advertising – Using the results of the audit, we were able to test different PPC strategies, including introducing new ad copy and campaigns that significantly improved performance. We were able to generate leads at a low CPC and high CTR which then fed the lead nurture campaigns and sales pipeline.


  • Mentoring – We provided mentoring to team members across all levels of the marketing department, enhancing their skills and confidence in executing digital marketing initiatives internally.
